2. The dog being sold is a Dogo Canario (Presa Canario) ____________ in colour, of sex ___________, born on the ___________________ from _________________ X ____________________.

3. The full purchase price is _________________, plus shipping as agreed previously.

4. Seller will take the dog for a health check prior to shipping as detailed in the "Certificado de Vacunacion".

5. The dog has had all pertinent vaccinations as described in the "Certificado de Vacunacion".

6. The dog is registered by the Club Espaņol del Presa Canario (CEPRC), official parent club of the Presa Canario affiliated to the Real Sociedad Canina Espaņola (RSCE) (see paragraph 12).

7. Seller will ship the dog to Buyer at the Buyer's risk and cost as agreed previously.

8. This agreement represents that the Seller will guarantee at time of delivery that if this dog possesses any serious health problem or defect which is reported to the Seller and verified by a reputable, registered veterinarian within 7 days of receipt of the animal, it will be replaced within 6 months for a similar quality, same sex, dog in exchange for : the original dog, certificate of its neutering, certificate of euthanasia and/or its official papers as deemed appropriate by the Seller. Alternatively, the buyer will receive the full cost of the dog (excluding shipping, ear cropping, transport kennel and any other costs incurred at the request of the Buyer) within 30 days under the same conditions as above as deemed appropriate by the Seller.

9. This dog is similarly guaranteed against any congenital and/or hereditary defects that may inhibit the dog's quality of life. The Buyer must provide a letter from his/her veterinarian explaining this condition in full and in the case of CHD, the x-rays must also be provided for our veterinarians to confirm the condition. Breed faults such as incorrect bite, tail length, etc. are not to be considered in this Guarantee as they do not inhibit the quality of the dog's life. The Seller is not responsible for any illness initiated and/or injury that occurs to the dog once he/she has left his premises. The Seller will not give replacements on the character of the dog as this can be damaged due to improper raising and/or training of the animal.

10. This guarantee applies only to the original dog purchased and his/her original Buyer. There is noo transfer of Guarantee if the dog is sold. The Guarantee is also voided if the animal is bred before the age of 12 months for a male and 15 months for a female. If the dog is found to be in any abusive and/or neglected situation, or there is a strong reason to believe that the dog has been used in fights, the Seller reserves the right to reclaim the dog with no replacement given.

11. The RSCE will provide the full history available of the dog (if three or more generations have been registered previously) when the animal is presented to an official CEPRC judge at or after one year of age and the dog is confirmed and passed as "apt for breeding". If the dog were to fail this "confirmation" test, the dog will be replaced as in paragraph 8.

12. This agreement will be in force while the dog is 18 months or younger.
