This page is a tribute to all Barnacan Bull dogs which are no longer with us but that in some way have been the basis of what we are now - in memoriam.

LETTER TO MY BEST FRIEND

On a 12th of April, a pup was born. He was not born in my house, but soon he became part of my home. I was starting up as a breeder in those days and was placing lots of joy and hope on this pup. Little by little he began to grow and became a very handsome dog. For me he was beautiful, he had his faults, but that did not matter, he was my dog, I trained him and he responded with his care and loyalty.

I remember with nostalgy those days when we would go to the beach. He loved the water, he would run towards it, jump over the waves - it was quite a spectacle to watch a 120 lbs dog jumping, running, chasing his toy, swimming, etc. Or when we celebrated our football team winning in the local fountain with his scarf!!

I want to dedicate this little space to my dear IVOR who, after 13 years has left us, leaving behind a little emptiness in my heart. Wherever you are IVOR, I want to thank you for being my faithful friend all these years and for being the pillar of Barnacanbull.
